Since 1992 HR Tech Advisor’s Chief Advisor has grown numerous HR Tech businesses via innovative direct and indirect sales methodologies. Part of the growth came from educating and coaching buyers of HR Technology and Services on key ways to better leverage tech tools to help human resource and IT professionals become more successful and deliver business results for their employers. A lot of the growth could be attributed to outstanding partnerships and strategic alliances.

Today the HR Tech Advisor team of co-advisors work with the leadership teams at HR Tech vendors who are looking to grow their businesses via partnerships and alliances.

Larry’s passion for collaboration has exemplified his career as he delivered HR Tech deal collaboration to various technology suppliers over the past 20+ years. Central to his life’s work has been creating technology solutions to control information. As one of the first to receive certifications in financial planning, Larry’s appetite for being an early adopter and champion to bring new solutions to market has brought him great success in selling CRM solutions and creating strategic alliances in several industries. Larry cherishes the title of Chief Connector and is now proud to possess the tools needed to cultivate true partnering.
