When you visit the CrossKnowledge booth at the HR Tech Europe Conference in Amsterdam, you’ll quickly learn it’s all about ROI. “We focus on driving business results for our clients by helping them perform better” shared Stephan Atsou, director Continental Europe for CrossKnowledge.
Their first time attending this show, CrossKnowledge, ranked 8th globally by Bersin by Deloitte, will be showing HR Tech that delivers workforce development, compliance, blended learning and more. Since it takes a team to deliver for clients, they’ll be bringing a full team – sales, engineering and QA will all be at the show to give different viewpoints while discussing solutions for potential clients.
When the show kicks off in a few weeks, hundreds of HR leaders will arrive at the RAI in Amsterdam to hear business leaders extol the virtues of HR Technology. Jan Nieuweboer, innovation manager learning & development for Rabobank Nederland, a CrossKnowledge client, will be speaking Thursday at the conference on the benefits of architecture and learning innovation. “Jan will be speaking about the benefits our platform has helped them realize, not so much the features of the technology itself – and we like that” says Atsou.
Atsou went on to share “At a previous conference we had a customer discussing our solution My Management TV and he forgot to mention the (Community on Demand) technology behind his gains of leadership insight. This is a great example how we’ve successfully made the technology disappear behind the business benefits.”
Future of HR Tech? Atsou believes there are two roads: one where there will be more control and management on learning – prescribed by an authority (manager, government, etc.). Second road is exact opposite – an open environment where informal learning will be in high demand. “I believe companies will have to embrace both roads.” shares Atsou.
Future endeavors? CrossKnowledge has big plans for big data – an upcoming release in 2015 will be focused on a totally revamped reporting engine to support extracting results from big data to deliver predictive HR.
If learning technology is your area of interest, then you’ll love the demos session on Day 2 by Jan Van Belle, Learning Technologies Expert for CrossKnowledge: From LMS to LES (Learning Experience System).
